Dr. Kelly grew up locally and is excited to return to his community with the skill set of unique multidisciplinary rehabilitation & pain care he mastered in some of the the most coveted medical training programs in the United States. He completed his residency at Harvard Medical School and then completed a prestigious subspecialty Pain Medicine Fellowship at Cooper University Hospital. Dr. Kelly is a co-founder of the Pennsylvania Pain & Spine Institute with offices in Chalfont and Quakertown, PA.
Dr. Kelly’s focus is an individualized approach to each patient’s unique set of rehabilitation and pain care needs. The foundation of this care is based on a functional restorative approach so that patients can maximize their physical and emotional well-being.
Dr. Kelly’s areas of interest include: back pain, sports medicine, ultrasound guided therapies & diagnostics, individualized rehabilitation & occupational therapy programs, unique treatments for neuropathic pain, minimally invasive procedures & surgeries for pain relief, manual medicine, and various forms of acupuncture for pain relief and sports performance.
